- Subscribing to our list: email address, first name, last name
- Booking an appointment: name, email, phone number, the type of appointment you're booking, and any notes you include
- Visiting the store in person: information you choose to share with us (purchase records, sizing details, fitting preferences)
Information collected automatically when you visit our website
- IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time on each page, the website that referred you to ours
- Approximate geographic location (typically city or region level)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your appointment requests and follow up with you
- Send you emails you've subscribed to (offers, new arrivals, store updates)
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
- Show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Comply with our legal obligations
4. Who we share your information with
We share information with the service providers we use to operate the website and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
- Mailchimp — handles our email list when you subscribe
- Resend — delivers our booking and contact form emails to us
- Google (Analytics & Ads) — provides website analytics and helps us measure ad performance
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — receives our Pixel events to support our advertising
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers our website
These providers may store data outside of Canada (typically the United States). We share only what's needed for them to provide their service.
When you order a made-to-measure garment through our Coppley program, we share the measurements and specifications required to fulfill your order with Coppley. Your contact information is not shared with them.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential functionality — for example, remembering that you've dismissed our subscribe popup or which mode page you've chosen
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate
- Advertising — the Meta Pixel so we can show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram
Analytics and advertising cookies only load after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: Manage cookie preferences.
You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you do.
6. How long we keep your information
- Subscriber list: until you unsubscribe
- Booking inquiries and customer records: for as long as the customer relationship is active, plus a reasonable window after (to support returns, alterations, warranty questions, and re-orders)
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics
- Cookies: varies by type, generally up to two years
7. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access that information
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information
- Make a complaint to us, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta

8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using standard industry practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers (Mailchimp, Formspree, Cloudflare, Google, Meta) who take security seriously.
